David Frank practises in three discrete areas; capital markets, financing and private equity fund work. His clients range from sovereign states to start-up businesses. He is particularly well known in the capital markets sector where his capital markets clients include both managers and issuers. He has been responsible for the development of a number of innovative techniques used in the Euromarket over the last 25 years.
Following eight years as head of the firm's capital markets practice, and in addition to his practice commitment, he is now Practice Partner with responsibility for assisting the Senior Partner in developing the firm's practice both domestically and in its relationship with overseas law firms.
