The Paris offices of Eversheds and SJ Berwin have acted on the sale of France’s third-largest ice-cream makers. R&R Ice Cream has purchased Rolland Ice Cream for an undisclosed fee. Rolland is a Brittany-based family business that produces around 65 million litres of ice cream each year and, when combined with the R&R business, will generate sales of more than €600m. R&R was advised Eversheds while Rolland called on by SJ Berwin.
