Boekel brings in EY ally’s M&A chief

Dutch firm Boekel De Neree has hired Arjen Mulderije, the head of M&A at Holland Van Gijzen, to bolster its corporate practice. Mulderije will join Boekel on 1 September. He has been with the Dutch firm, the local ally of auditing giant Ernst & Young, since 1994. Boekel also confirmed that it will open a London office in September this year after delaying the launch from 2009.
