CMS DeBacker joins Luxembourg push

CMS DeBacker has become the latest major law firm to open in Luxembourg.
The new office will open on 1 January, 2011, after taking over local boutique Leclère & Walry. The firm, founded by Julien Leclère and Vivian Walry, covers corporate and M&A matters.
CMS DeBacker is the third international law firm to launch in Luxembourg in the last few months. Earlier in the autumn, Stibbe and Baker & McKenzie both opened locally.
