Romanian duo lead on Spanish PE purchase

Bucharest law firms Vilau & Mitel and Biris Goran have led on the purchase of a Romanian printing company by an Iberian private equity investor. GED has bought 92% of Infopress Group, the largest printing company in Southeast Europe, for €12m. The Iberian investor turned to Vilau & Mitel (Madalina Paisa) with Biris Goran (Christian Mîndru) acting for Infopress.
