Romanian real estate deal for Wolf and Bostina

The Bucharest office of Wolf Theiss and Romanian practice Bostina & Associates has counselled construction company Bog’Art on an office rental agreement with a unit of UniCredit.
Bog’Art has undertaken a rental agreement with UniCredit Tiriac Bank for space in the bank's new headquarters. The office, with 15,000 sqm on 14 floors, will be completed in the first half of 2012. Bog’Art is to design and construct the building.
Wolf Theiss acted for Bog’Art. The team comprised Ciprian Glodeanu, the leader of the Austrian firm’s local real estate and renewable energy team, Iulia Bunescu (pictured), Dragos Iacob and Claudia Arnautu. UniCredit’s legal adviser is Bostina & Associates with partner Cristina Maxim in charge of the instruction.
