Former CC partner joins top Spanish firm

Jamie de San Roman – the former senior partner of Clifford Chance’s Spanish office – has joined Madrid-based global practice Uria Menedez as a corporate law partner.
Mr de San Roman currently lectures at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas and is director of the business law masters programme at the Fundacion Carolina.
Uria’s co-managing partner, José María Segovia, predicted that Mr de San Roman would strengthen the firm’s banking and finance team.
