Frishberg creates consultancy sub-group

Frishberg & Partners has established a new sub-group within the Ukrainian law firm to focus on business consultancy matters for international investors in the CIS country.
The new unit, dubbed Paskhaver Group, will initially operate as part of the firm with the potential to become a stand alone business. Paskhaver will assist foreign companies in setting up Ukrainian operations, focusing on political and economic analysis, identifying strategic partners and acquisition strategies.
The group is being led by Alexander Paskhaver and Ambassador Roman Popadiuk. Paskhaver is a privatisation expert while Popadiuk was the first US Ambassador to Ukraine. Frishberg’s managing partner, Alex Frishberg, is also part of the line-up. The unit could eventually be established as a separate legal entity.
