Dentons follows Lovells with US merger

Denton Wilde Sapte has become the second major UK firm to ink a US merger this year after securing a deal with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal (SNR). The merged entity will be branded as SNR Denton and boast 1,400 lawyers. Partners are scheduled to rubberstamp the deal on 9 June with the merger going live on 30 September. The merger follows the creation of Hogan Lovells after the tie-up between Hogan & Hartson and Lovells.
