Nishimura received its license in April and has officially launched its Beijing branch this month. The office will be staffed by two of Japanese lawyers, Saori Okada and Fumiaki Kai. The opening follows Nishimura’s decision to enter an alliance with Soga Uryu & Itoga in December 2009.
